Authority rules

Product price is separate from delivery, assembly, tax, accessories, subscriptions, replacements, financing and other ownership costs.
A blank or unavailable cost is unknown, not zero.
A recurring or replacement amount is multiplied only when an explicit occurrence count is supplied.
Different currencies remain separate; BEDU performs no FX conversion.
Host offer observations retain their observed date and may become stale.
