Complete flow

  1. Choose one fictional demo item and a non-identifying pickup label.
  2. Start the local simulation; no order, payment or provider request is created.
  3. Advance the demo through Received, Preparing, Ready and Picked up.
  4. Restart, recover the prior state, or export the local demonstration state as JSON.

Local state + portability

All menu entries are synthetic ICU demonstration data. No real café, provider, customer record, order, payment or fulfillment system is connected.

State schema 2 accepts deterministic migration from schema 1. Unknown future state is never overwritten automatically.

Demonstration data is not customer data

The three menu names are fictional ICU demo entries. The flow creates only a local synthetic simulation. It does not create a customer profile, send an order, charge a payment method, notify a provider, reserve inventory or trigger fulfillment.
