Readable summary
Most catalog entries are Future Concepts. They may or may not ever be produced, are not preorders or coming-soon promises, and do not create a purchase contract. Future Concepts do not show a live purchase price unless a specific release passes the availability gate.
Venture planning boundaries
Venture startup-capital bands organize planning scenarios. They are not ICU product prices, required spend, investment allocations, funding commitments, or evidence of feasibility, demand, profit, valuation, lower risk, or success. ICU planning material is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, architectural, safety, regulatory, permitting, insurance, or financing advice.
Rights, non-exclusivity, and third parties
Venture concepts are non-exclusive unless a future released product explicitly and lawfully says otherwise. Catalog text does not grant a franchise, protected territory, trademark clearance, patent position, domain rights, permits, financing, certification, professional approval, or third-party affiliation. Rights-review holds stay non-promotional and noindex until a safe public treatment is verified.
When commerce launches
Before a live checkout appears, the exact product page must state the verified delivery method, product license, support expectations, purchase price, and any applicable tax/fee treatment. Purchase, delivery, refund, and license terms must be reviewed and updated for the actual commerce system instead of being assumed here.
No fabricated social proof or scarcity
ICU does not treat catalog counts, Saved bookmarks, comparison activity, planned inventory, ratings, testimonials, download counts, deadlines, or scarcity as customer proof unless that information is real, current, and verifiable.
