| Access mode | Free public-static and future protected/private files are never conflated. |

The Pirate Host Pack is a narrow worked example of this publication gate: one exact version, one manifest, one source relationship, and byte-level integrity checks. It is intentionally not a map of the wider treasure-hunt resource family.
