Rights before release
A Future Concept does not silently grant product-use rights. Product-specific rights must be visible before any purchase and repeated inside the delivered customer files where appropriate.
The catalog text, interface, original CSS artwork, and original SVG components on this site are website content unless a separate notice says otherwise. Browsing or saving a concept does not transfer ownership of that website material.
Before a Digital Product can be sold, its release page must plainly state whether personal use is permitted, whether commercial use is permitted, whether modification is permitted, whether attribution is required, and what redistribution or resale is prohibited. Until those product-specific terms exist, do not assume a Future Concept carries a commercial-use license.
Commercial-use or non-exclusive wording for a future Venture kit would cover only the rights expressly granted in that released product. It would not create a franchise, territory, trademark or patent clearance, domain ownership, permits, financing, professional approval, or exclusivity unless separately verified and expressly granted.
Some research surfaces include rights-reviewed third-party documentary media. When they do, the source, license or rights basis, attribution, representation type, and material changes must stay attached to the media. Current examples include ASEU’s localized CC BY 4.0 Hooke rendition, BIU’s public-domain/CC0 Met object rendition, and BVU’s separately labeled NASA/Bill Anders Earthrise rendition under NASA’s informational/editorial media policy. ICU does not treat a source-page rights statement as permission to hotlink an unreviewed remote asset.
