1. Establish the evidence
What is the source? Is it dated? Is the venue named? Is the image original, scanned, reconstructed, generated, or reposted? What is actually knowable?

2. Inventory structure
Frame, decks, tunnels, nets, slides, ball-pool interfaces, ramps, pads, barriers, and sightline openings. Describe before interpreting.
Observed3. Read the surface field
Floor pattern, wall graphics, molded plastic, vinyl, foam, mesh, tables, chairs, party materials, and screen-like light.
Interpretive4. Locate the viewpoint
Adult perimeter, child-height interior, doorway reveal, centered catalog view, or memory fragment. Viewpoint changes the emotional read.
Interpretive5. Mark personal memory
Separate “this reminds me of…” from “this venue was…”. Personal recollection is useful context but should stay experiential unless independently corroborated.
Experiential6. Refuse false precision
If you cannot support the brand, city, chain, exact year, or prevalence claim, leave it unknown. A good reconstruction does not need a fake provenance story.
