Version 1.0.0 is immutable. Material changes require a new semantic version and new versioned bundle name/path. A later “current” pointer may move, but a purchased/downloaded version must not be silently replaced.

Rights and redistribution

Free starter license

Personal/internal business planning and modification are allowed. Completed outputs may be used in your own work. The reusable source templates may not be resold, sublicensed, marketplace-uploaded, or redistributed as a template product.

Prepared premium license

The owner release contains a single-business commercial-use license intended for later legitimate customer delivery. It allows internal adaptation and completed client outputs, but not redistribution/resale of the editable source template library.

No third-party franchise, character, logo, music, or other protected-property rights are granted. These are planning materials, not legal, tax, insurance, financial, safety, or regulatory advice.

The O018 guide supplies the planning model and evidence boundaries. The v1.0.0 kit itself is a separate canonical resource with its own manifest, files, version and license, so delivery does not depend on a legacy concept page. The preserved concept remains provenance only.

Evidence boundary

O019 verifies file presence, hashes, ZIP integrity, manifest equality, versioning rules, and public/private delivery boundaries. It does not verify customer demand, market price, legal/insurance readiness, sales, revenue, profit, or a physically operated service.
