Source boundary: the original ICU library record supplied the title Dreamcore, its VIS identity, tags and format, but no description. Everything beyond those preserved fields in this universe is newly authored expansion, evidence-backed where factual and explicitly labeled when interpretive.

Dreamcore is an informal digital aesthetic rather than a single governed movement. This universe uses a working visual vocabulary, not a purity test.
